As I’m standing there I see the figure of a man just walking out of the tree line. I’m miles from civilization, patchy cell service, and there isn’t a soul on the road. I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me and maybe it was a deer but nope this was a man. So I calmly walk back to the drivers door and get in, locking the doors behind me. I’m keeping my eye on this guy as I nervously smoke and have my car in drive, ready to peel out, but for some reason I just stayed put.

I don’t think so. The most tempting thing would be gaming the system so I could be rich and successful. I could also be more present and kinder to some people who have since passed away. But the reason I don’t think I would do it is because I would lose all my friends. There’s no way as a 32-year-old in an 11-year-old life that I’d be able to socialize normally. The whole reason the Bible gave for the mark being put on Cain was to protect him - to let others know any harm they inflicted on him would come back to them seven times over. It kinda makes suggesting anything is the mark and a good reason to hurt the person patently absurd.
