I'm so sorry to hear what happened. My dad passed away in mid August due to COVID-19 as well. I was really close to him and really feel terrible for what my mom and little brothers are going through as well. It's so hard because COVID-19 is the topic of everyday conversation. Many people make light of covid and talk about how much the pandemic has improved their lives. Those conversations hurt me. I wish it never happened. I don't care about the working from home, the $1200 check, nothing, I just wish my dad wasn't gone.

I don’t think so. The most tempting thing would be gaming the system so I could be rich and successful. I could also be more present and kinder to some people who have since passed away. But the reason I don’t think I would do it is because I would lose all my friends. There’s no way as a 32-year-old in an 11-year-old life that I’d be able to socialize normally. The whole reason the Bible gave for the mark being put on Cain was to protect him - to let others know any harm they inflicted on him would come back to them seven times over.
