Spitting is, at least here, aggravated assault due to the risk of COVID. She's breathing normally, he's just holding her chin so the spit doesn't hit his face and eyes, and the collar to try and maintain hold. This is not assault. He is not choking her. He is holding her face to the side. At most she is just uncomfortable. He put her down gently and then barely got on top. His weight is on his knees mainly. I don’t think so. The most tempting thing would be gaming the system so I could be rich and successful. I could also be more present and kinder to some people who have since passed away. But the reason I don’t think I would do it is because I would lose all my friends. There’s no way as a 32-year-old in an 11-year-old life that I’d be able to socialize normally. The whole reason the Bible gave for the mark being put on Cain was to protect him - to let others know any harm they inflicted on him would come back to them seven times over.
